1. Payments
All listings on FindLocales are paid services.
- Payment must be completed in full before your listing goes live.
- We accept payments through: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheques.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once a listing is published, payments made are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- The business chooses to discontinue the listing before the listing period ends.
- The business requests removal of their listing.
- The business provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Businesses may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellation does not qualify for a refund of the listing fee already paid.
- Any renewal fees for continued listing must be paid before the expiry date of the active listing.
4. Changes to Policy
FindLocales reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
